Maysara Group

Institutions

What working with Maysara Group looks like.

This page is for banks, ministries, telecoms operators and development finance institutions — anyone weighing an actual working relationship, not just reading about one.

What we bring

What we put on the table.

Direct distribution

The group’s apps reach customers directly — on the phone in their hand, in their own language. A partner’s service can meet people where they already are.

Verified identity

JaalleID supplies the customer check across seven assurance tiers, with keys held in device hardware. A partner does not have to build KYC to use it.

An auditable ledger

Every movement of money is written to an append-only, two-phase record — the kind an external auditor can walk through.

A merchant network

Hotels, restaurants, car-rental firms and shops already run their orders and their takings on the group’s systems, every day.

What we look for

What we need from a partner.

We state the ask plainly, so the first meeting is not spent discovering it.

A licence, and the account behind it

A licensed institution to hold customer funds, so the group never holds other people’s money in its own name.

Card issuing and acceptance

Visa and Mastercard accepted across the group’s surfaces — online, in store and in the apps.

Balance-sheet capital

Funding behind buy-now-pay-later and asset finance, structured so it stays riba-free.

The international payment route

SWIFT and correspondent banking, so the diaspora corridor runs through a formal, traceable route.

The process

Four steps, on a known clock.

There is no hidden step, and nothing is signed on day one.

  1. 01One hour

    Introduction call

Each side states what it has and what it needs. Nothing is signed that day.

  2. 022 – 4 weeks

    Technical and compliance review

Architecture, data protection, anti-money-laundering obligations and the ledger are all walked through.

  3. 038 – 12 weeks

    A bounded pilot

A fixed number of customers, one service, and an end date written down in advance.

  4. 04Then

    Commercial agreement

Once the pilot shows it works, the agreement is written and the service opens to the public.

The limits

What we will not do.

A regulated counterparty reads this part first, which is why it is written down.

  • We do not hold customer funds without a licensed institution standing behind the account.
  • We do not publish a partner’s name before the agreement is signed.
  • We do not claim a certification or a permission we do not hold.
  • We do not run a money service in a country where we are not permitted to.
