This page explains what data the Maysara Group website collects, why, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

When you complete the contact form we store your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, your organisation if you give one, the department you chose, your subject line and your message. We also store your browser type and the page you came from, so we can tell a real enquiry from an automated one.

We do not store your IP address. This site runs no advertising trackers and we do not share your data with advertising companies.

What we do with it

We use it only to answer you. We do not send marketing mail and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Messages are stored on a secured server and can be read only by the group staff who answer enquiries.

What your device stores

This site sets no tracking cookies. The only thing kept in your browser is your light-or-dark display preference. Your language choice is part of the web address itself, so nothing needs to be stored for it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as the conversation is active and for two years afterwards, so we have a record of the relationship. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted entirely. Use the contact form, choose “Support”, and we will respond within 48 hours.

The group’s other services

This notice covers maysaragroup.com only. JAALLE, JaallePay, JaalleID and the group’s other products each publish their own privacy notice, because they handle different data.

This document covers this website only. Each company in the group publishes its own terms for its own services.
